How it works
From the form to the outcome, with nothing left to work out on the day. We meet across Palm Beach County and Martin County, anywhere from Stuart down to Boca Raton.
We work from a private workspace, not a retail store. There is nowhere to walk into, which is why everything happens by appointment, in public, near you.
The five steps
Submit your collection
About five minutes on a phone. A few wide photos of everything, close-ups of anything that looks special, and Not sure is an answer to every question. Nothing is committed by submitting.
We review it
We reply within 2 business days. A person reads every submission and replies to all of them, including the ones we cannot help with. If you asked what a collection is worth, that reply is also the free first look: our read on roughly what you are holding, from your photos, at no charge and with nothing to sign.
We schedule a meeting
If it is a fit, we agree by email on a public place near you and a daytime slot, scheduled only after your submission is approved.
The appointment
Bring the cards exactly as they are stored, photo ID, and any certificates or receipts. If you are acting for an estate, bring the estate paperwork as well: something official saying you are the person entitled to deal with the property. We go through the cards with you. Most appointments take thirty to ninety minutes. Consignments are signed at the table and you leave with an itemized intake receipt.
The outcome
Sell: you are paid the same day, and the paperwork behind a purchase is an itemized bill of sale. Consign: your cards are scanned, listed and shipped by us, and you are paid as they sell. Value: you keep everything and we send your report.
