Consign your cards in Palm Beach County

We scan, list, pack, ship and answer the buyer questions. You keep ownership until each card sells, and you are paid as it does. Cards change hands in person, at a public meeting near you between Boca Raton and Stuart.

Who this is for

Your cards are worth waiting for

A handful of cards that will bring real money at the right price to the right buyer. A cash offer today has to discount that wait; consignment does not.

You do not want to become a seller

Scanning, listing, answering questions, packing, shipping, handling a return. It is a job. This is that job, done for a percentage.

What happens

  1. Submit your collection

About five minutes on a phone. Photograph the cards you are thinking of consigning, especially anything graded or notable.

  2. We review it

We reply within 2 business days. We will tell you honestly whether consignment beats an outright sale for what you have.

  3. We schedule a meeting

A daytime slot and a public place near you, agreed by email: the marked safe-exchange bay at a police station, a bank lobby or a busy coffee shop, or somewhere similar that you are comfortable with. Nothing is shipped and nobody visits a home.

  4. The appointment

We go through the cards together and agree a list price for each one, and write down the lowest price you would take where you want one set. You sign the consignment agreement and get an itemized intake receipt before anything leaves with us.

  5. We sell, and you are paid

Scanned, listed and fulfilled by us. Each sale is itemized, and payouts run on a schedule you can plan around.

The whole process, in detail

What we take on consignment

  • Higher-value singles where the difference between a quick sale and the right buyer is real money
  • Graded cards, in their slabs, with their certificates
  • Modern and vintage alike, across Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and the four major sports - and Magic too
  • Mixed batches, as long as the batch as a whole clears the $250 minimum

What we do not take

  • Bulk and commons - the ordinary cards that make up most of a collection - where the whole batch comes to less than our $250 minimum. The fees and the shelf space cost more than the cards return.
  • Sealed and unopened product. We buy sealed outright - but we will not hold your sealed box and pay you for it before anyone can know what is inside.
  • Anything that is not a trading card. Signed cards only where the signature is certified on the slab itself; a certificate that arrived separately is not something we can check.
  • Cards you do not own outright, cards under dispute, and cards from anyone under 18. If you are settling an estate we need to see that you are the person entitled to sell.
  • Collections with mould, mildew, pests or a heavy smoke smell. We store other people's cards in the same room as yours.

What it costs, and how you are paid

  • Consignment does not have to be all of it. If part of the collection is bulk you would rather not wait on, we can buy that outright at the same appointment and consign the rest - one visit, two arrangements.
  • Flat 15% of the sale price; platform fees come out of the sale first, and postage is never deducted from you
  • Minimum $250 of estimated value per batch, and no per-card minimum.
  • The term is 90 days from signing. At the end of it you choose: authorize a price reduction, or take the unsold cards back.
  • A consignment is not a promise that a card will sell. You are paid out of what a buyer pays us, so a card that does not sell earns you nothing: what you get back is the card. A card we reduce to move it pays you less than its first price would have.
  • You are not locked in for the term. You can have any or all of your cards back at any time, for any reason, and there is no fee for it. Ask us in writing - an email is enough - and say which cards. We start taking listings down the day your request arrives, and we expect everything to be down within five business days. Until a card is down it can still sell, and a sold card is sold.
  • Damage does not stop us taking a card. Hiding it does: if a flaw will not show in a scan, it goes into the description in words, or the card does not go on sale.
  • Taking a card at the appointment is not a promise to list it. Every card is scanned front and back before it goes on sale, and every graded card's certificate is checked against the grading company's own record. Anything we cannot list comes back to you at our cost, and the rest of your batch carries on. The one exception is a graded card the grading company's record says that certificate does not belong to: that card stays with us, because a known fake does not go back into the hobby from us. If the record settles nothing either way, the card comes back to you at our cost and you are free to have it authenticated yourself.
  • Included at no extra charge: scanning, listing on our website and on eBay, TCGplayer and Whatnot, storage, packing, shipping and buyer questions.
  • A sale settles 45 days after the order ships. A refund or cancellation recorded before then stops the sale settling; one recorded after it is reversed on your ledger. On a card sold through our own website we also check its order before it settles for an open payment dispute and for a refund that has not gone through, and either one holds the money until it is resolved. We cannot run that check on eBay, TCGplayer, Whatnot or a sale in person, where a buyer claim reaches your ledger as the refund or cancellation we record against the sale.
  • A sale we make in person does not ship, so it settles on the day of the sale: there is no postage and no marketplace claim window. Settling is not the same as being paid: a settled balance goes out on the next payout run, whatever day it settled on.
  • What waiting cannot fix: a buyer's bank can reverse a card payment months later, on any channel. If that happens after you have been paid we tell you, it comes off your balance, and your next sales cover it. We will not send you a bill for a buyer changing their mind or a bank reversing a payment.
  • Payouts run monthly, on the 1st, covering every sale that settled by the last day of the prior month.
  • Reductions within 10% of the agreed price are at our discretion; anything larger is agreed with you by email and recorded on the item.
  • Where you set a floor, it binds us: we do not list or reduce that card below it. Going lower takes your agreement in writing, and what you agreed is recorded on the card. Where no floor was agreed — the dash on your receipt — the rule above is the whole rule.
  • A statement for any date range, on request.
  • A signed agreement and an itemized intake receipt before we take possession. Both are yours to keep.
  • Where they live: sleeved and in top loaders or their slabs, indoors, out of sunlight, in a locked space, separately identified as yours and never mixed into our own stock. Every card is traceable to your intake receipt.
  • We do not insure your cards, and you should know that before you sign rather than after something happens. If you want them covered, arrange it yourself - the itemized receipt you sign, with every card and its agreed price, is the record to start from, and we will give you a copy any time we are holding your cards. If a card of yours is lost or stolen while it is with us, the most we can owe you for it is its agreed price from that receipt, or the lower price if we had already reduced it. If it is damaged, the most we can owe is what the damage took off that price. The limits, and the few things they do not stretch to, are set out in the consignment terms.

What a $100.00 sale looks like

A worked example of one sale on eBay, from the sale price to your payout.
Sale price$100.00
eBay fees (rates as of 2026-08-19)−$13.65
Shipping (postage on this sale costs about $5.50)not deducted from you
Our commission−$15.00
You receive$71.35

One example on one channel. A card that sells here on our own site carries no marketplace commission - only the card processor's fee, which is a fraction of eBay's - and the statement shows the real numbers for every sale.

Not sure consignment is right?

For cards that move quickly, an outright sale can net you nearly the same money today. We will say so.

Questions about consignment

How long until I hear back?

We reply within 2 business days. Every submission gets a personal reply, including the ones we decline.

Can I mail my cards to you?

No. We do not accept mail-ins, and we never ask you to ship a collection. We meet in person in South Florida, by appointment, after we have reviewed your submission.

I do not know what I have. Is that a problem?

No, and it is the normal case. Every question on the form has a Not sure answer, and a few wide photos of the boxes tell us more than a description does. Sorting or listing it first is not necessary.

When am I paid for a card that sells?

A sale settles 45 days after the order ships. A sale we make in person does not ship, so it settles on the day of the sale: there is no postage and no marketplace claim window. Settling is not the same as being paid: a settled balance goes out on the next payout run, whatever day it settled on. Payouts run monthly, on the 1st, covering every sale that settled by the last day of the prior month, and there is no minimum.

Is there a minimum?

$250 of total estimated value per batch, and no per-card minimum. A single card can be part of a batch; one common card on its own cannot.

Can I change my mind and get my cards back?

Yes. Anything that sells before its listing comes down settles and is paid to you the normal way.

What if a card of mine is lost or stolen while you have it?

We do not insure your cards while they are here, and you should know that before you sign rather than after something happens. If you want them covered, arrange it yourself - the itemized receipt you sign, with every card and its agreed price on it, is the record to start from.

Can I see what has sold?

Yes. Ask for a statement for any date range and you get an itemized list of what sold, what it sold for, what came out and what you are owed.

Where do we meet?

A public place near you, during the day, at a time we agree by email. We work from a private workspace, not a retail store, so there is nowhere to walk into.

Do you come to my house?

No. No home visits, in either direction, and that does not change. If a collection is too large to move in one trip, say so in your submission and we will work out what is practical - somewhere public, either way.

What should I bring?

The cards exactly as they are stored, photo ID, and any certificates or receipts you have. Do not clean, sort or re-sleeve anything first. If you are acting for an estate, bring the estate paperwork as well: something official saying you are the person entitled to deal with the property. In Florida that is usually the Letters of Administration the probate court issues, and we cannot buy or take in estate cards without it. A valuation is the exception: nothing changes hands, so it does not wait on the paperwork. If you are not sure what you have, say so in your submission and we will work it out by email before we schedule, rather than at the table.

How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments take thirty to ninety minutes. How long depends on how much there is to go through, and we will tell you what to expect when we schedule it.

How do I know who I am meeting?

The same person who replies to your submission is the person who meets you, and photo ID is shown on request. Our name and business are on the About page.
