Where we meet in Stuart
Stuart is the Martin County seat, and the only place on this list north of the county line. That line matters less than people expect. The submission form asks for your ZIP rather than your city, and the Stuart ZIPs sit inside the service area exactly as the Palm Beach County ones do.
Jensen Beach is just north over the river, Palm City is west across the South Fork, and Port Salerno and Hobe Sound sit on US-1 on the way back down to Jupiter. Any of those is the same trip as Stuart, not a second one.
A public place in Stuart, during the day, at a time we agree by email before anybody drives anywhere. We meet at the marked safe-exchange bay at a police station, a bank lobby or a busy coffee shop, or somewhere similar that you are comfortable with. Bring the cards exactly as they are stored, plus photo ID.
